Every time the algo brings me a meadows video, I watch the whole thing, like if I haven't, and share. The man's family deserves everything we can give them, John gave us all so much. Its crazy how much he managed to put out in the short time before he left us. Prescient

Thank you, John. You have helped me and inspired me so much with your videos and you continue to do so. I wish you were still here with us. Best wishes to your family.

Never heard it called a "Tri-Set" before. We always called anything over 2 movements, a "Giant Sets". RIP Mountain Dog. Miss You, Buddy!

John, thank you for everything. I only wish that I could ask if you were using the regular or the advanced version of the grip4orce. I guess that I am going to have to buy the advanced version and if they are too hard, then I am just going to have to get stronger.

Idk if this will be helpful for anyone but filling up a bucket with rice and doing arm twists armwrestler style can give you insanely big strong forearms. I have gotten more results doing that than any forearm focused lifts to be honest but you must find the best fit for yourself
