Econolite bullseye traffic lights are seen everywhere in Escondido and its pretty cool because they are my favorite brand of traffic lights. It used to have all incandescents and then the red was first changed to LED, then the green was changed to LED, and finally the yellow was changed to LED not that long ago. The pedestrian signal originally had a worded neon walk/dont walk, then was changed to a symbolic neon hand/man, and now it's a countdown LED. It also still has very old bird audios connected to them. The one on the left still works good but the one on the right is dying a little.

TRAFFIC LIGHTS INFO:
All 16 red lights, 16 yellow lights, and 17 green lights are LED
All 8 pedestrian signals are LED countdown
These signals are owned by Caltrans
