Toy aside, I still enjoy Rodimus Prime as a character.

I never gave a feck about the blast shields. Its just bits for a drawer.

When he was first released, I didn't much like this figure. Since then I've developed a healthy respect for him. So much so that I now own two copies. My original G1 (missing his blast shields and in need of new stickers) and also the Hasbro Commemorative Series re-release.

I got this guy originally in hull and was so excited… and then disappointed with the robot mode … I learnt to love him over the years however, but you’ve made me want/need a boxed version ! 🤦♂️
