I did love the discussion around being ourselves in front of others. It’s been the main topic of thought for me over the last few weeks especially. I’ve found that as I continue to release pain of the past, be at peace with the present moment (as well as who I am in the present), I have been able to show up in conversation as ME. I’ve definitely questioned it at times, but we aren’t meant for everyone. Keep discovering YOU and you will cross paths with those you are meant to cross paths with ☺️

My awakening book in the late 1980's was by an author called Linda Goodman and she talked about gurus in a way I've never forgotten, Gee Ypu Are You, and you just mentioned something similar. 1987 onwards to 2024 you are the 2nd person. I love it it just shows the start of deep deep healing to the gentle and light healing of end healing for me. I absolutely know that you are incredible and so brave and are what we need right now in these times to see us through, thank you

I believe that we can do some pretty wicked things in the name of love ❤️. I also think that Fear of losing love is a real issue for many. Im not certain what love would do. But i do know that seeing people as people and not machines is important. We are not all at the same mental capacity and learning to speak up when we should and to remain silent when we should are things to be learned and practiced. ASH, i believe that i am dealing with this now. Learning to communicate with others effectively and knowing when others can't be communicated with in the 1st place. This was good ASH. I hope you learned something from this new format.

From 7:33 you give the solid adage that you cannot and should not try to do the work for others (really, you can't). I had a question come up, that what if that person is your mom, or someone you're intricately linked with? I have had to come to terms with this-- that some people don't want to, or know about, or care, or even understand what it means to do the work. But what do you do when it begins to become difficult to manage the relationship? There's resentment that they continue to make the choices they do, feeling unheard when I do try to communicate. How can I find a neutral place to appreciate them without personal feelings getting tense? Then, you mentioned Family Constellations and healing the deep wounds. I think that is an okay place to start (if you have more insight I'd love to hear it)
