Moose charges mountain bikers

On 23-May-2014 3 buddy's and I were mountain biking Kincaid park in Anchorage, AK when I moose charged us.

Luckily nobody got injured and the moose retreated after we disbursed. the still frames at the end let you see how close my friend actually came to getting tackled.

    Remember you do not need to run faster than the moose, just faster then your friend. Great video!

    Man it is scary when that happens, I live in anchorage and moose can be very dangerous

    It appears that at one point the moose is wearing a GoPro and videos itself charging one of the bikers.

    Ive lived in AK almost all of my life. The only use I have for moose is dinner. I run into them nearly 80% of the time I am at Kincaid and am tired of being charged because they are too stupid to realize that people are not a threat to them. The Moose in Kincaid were born and raised there, and have no reason to fear people.
