This technique was utilized heavily back when I was running the streets like a painted sewer rat doing a bit of the ol' spontaneous art donations. 🐀
These sticker slaps lasted longer because of the tape and would be more vibrant than other slaps around. I would carry labels, tape, highlighters, and scissors in my bag since I lived near the post office and was broke yet still wanted to make my own stickers.
These office supplies seemed readily available. And having access to a printer at the library was keen on developing mass copies before i dropped the moneh for my own printer.
Once I saw highlighters under a black light I began using it for so much of my traditional colored artwork which carry on to this day. eyebleeding colors and things that glow are my favorite 😎
