What works for me is, every time I get a craving, do pushups or other exercise of your choice and then the craving completely goes away. Been vaping for 7 years, smoked a couple years before that. If you dont like to exercise, well tough shit buddy! Stay behind or better yourself, your choice.

Buy sunflower seeds in the shell, those really help me. Especially sucking the shells
  • Currently a week and a half in of no vaping.. started junior year in HS in 2017-2018 and haven’t went a day without one since last Monday. I bought zyns and they have helped so so much. The one time I find myself craving one so bad is when I’m driving (I drive a lot for work) and Zyns have definitely helped with the cravings!

Another tip is using a refill vape and only buying an oil you really dislike.

what helped for me was to throw out all nic vapes then switch to zero nic and chew lots of gum and mints and keep ur mind crazy active the first week because it sucks ass

how hard was it to be around friends that vape? what did you do in the scenarios that were tempting for you? i go a week clean when im not with my friends, then once i get with my friends, i throw all my progress out the window and forget the reason im quitting. the cycle never ends. i just put a sticky note on my phone that says “just because your friends have nicotine, doesn’t mean you need it“ hoping that helps me.

I vaped for 6 months, then jumped to Zyn for 2 months. I have been 8 months clean from all nicotine. I was worried about the long term effect. Never going back. 💯
  • today is going to be my first day. ive got this guys!! I want to enlist in the Marine corps!!!

my problem is that i started vaping when i was pretty young now im 15 and adicted to nicotine. And i live in germany here it is so easy to buy a vape. If i could meet myself my younger self i would beat my own ass for being so dumb worst thing in my life right now
  • Nicotine replacement therapy. 25MG patch and 4MG lozenges worked for me. Then i cut down on NRT

I just bought a pack of zyn and they’re pretty expensive for what you get. I’ll probly have to start buying them online. I been vaping since 2016. My lungs have felt constantly soar and I’ve been constantly out of breath. I wake up feeling pretty good, (in comparison to the middle of the day). But as soon as I start puffing on it now I’m out of breath all day. Idk what’s changed recently but it must be time to quit. Hopefully before my lungs were already highly damaged.

Hey yall, i vaped for 5 and a half years and ill be 7 days quit at 6 am. The first day is the hardest not the second or 3rd. The cravings still get me but alot of exercise and movies and food will help you. Dont worry and quit now. Love yall

I've been a smoker/vaper for 11 years now- I quit once before for a whole year, but after having a kid and a new job all within 2 weeks a couple of years ago I fell back into vaping. For whatever reason it's been MORE difficult to quit a second time even though I know I can do it. Today is my last day (fingers crossed). I'll use nicotine gum like I did when I quit the first time so I don't get that tweaker feeling in the mornings, and it helps relieve that oral fixation lol. Wish me luck!
  • how do you get past the insomnia/tweaker phase it’s so damn uncomfortable i fold every time. it’s not even a mental battle it’s physical

Nicotine patches worked really well for me. I buy the high dose and cut them into smaller pieces as I lowered the dose to ween myself off it. It helps to start heavy with the dose, because it a way, I felt like I had too much nicotine and it gave me an aversion to taking even more through vaping
