dont even need to watch the video. here's why: the black market has no tax, but legal operations have HUGE taxation. that's why legal shops are closing.
-
Michiganers found out they can get trippier highs drinking Flint's water.
-
It's not really "legalized" when it is taxed at a ridiculously high rate... that is why the black market has survived, and why legal dispensaries are being forced out of business. As usual, government is the problem.
-
Decriminalize it and let folks grow and cultivate their own keep government and their grimmy fingers out of it
-
Legalize it and then tax the hell out of it while trying to compete with the black market. Now you know why its a black market.

I go to dispensaries and there is no shortage. I went to Benton Harbor a few weeks ago and there were several to choose from. Really though, I have a family member with his own grow operation.....quality good enough that he sells to dispensaries. I get it for way cheaper than if I went to dispensary. Dispensaries were doing good because it was the easiest option, but when people can grow their own, they can cut out the "middle weed man".

Dispensary grass doesn't even get me buzzed.

-
They expected the entire population to be puffing like Cheech and Chong 7 days a week, I guess.

It was better before legalizing. I was there for the "wild west" in colorado, those were the days to be a grower.
-
Trying to monetize cannabis while heavily taxing it. Doh!

I have a friend that lives in Monroe, MI. He says it is the worst thing to ever happen in MI. Crime has gone thru the roof. Said the county and city have to hire so many new police officers, it has used up all the "extra tax revenue" that was supposed to be generated. Families and children are being hurt.
