    The sound of rain is always nice. Seeing all the trash on the floor was not. I’ve never been able to understand why in the world people think that it is OK to throw trash on the floor. That is how so much trash ends up in rivers and the ocean. So sad! Some say that it’s uneducated people, but I disagree. It’s unprideful (if there is such a word). Rwanda people are poor and uneducated compared to developed countries or even other developing countries. Yet it’s one of the cleanest countries in the world. They have a law that one Saturday per month, it is mandatory that people go onto the streets and pick up any trash they see. It’s amazing how one of the poorest countries in the world, is one of the cleanest. Only proof that you can be rich and educated, but still lack class. Case study the US. Where so many people claim to be patriotic and proud, but many don’t care about trowing trash on the floor out on the streets. Sad!
