After playing through Sonic Boom: Fire & Ice, I had to revist one of my favorite Sonic games, Advance 2. What I like about it more than the others is just trying to keep your speed to go fast throughout most of a act.
This will show where all the special rings are, along with getting all Chaos Emeralds. Instead of going through the game with each character since that's kinda redundant to do, I'll use them every other stage. Going through Leaf Forest Zone with Sonic.
