If only the street, sidewalk or the road is clean, no obstruction. Then you can really appreciate and realize how wide and accessible it is for vehicle that passing on the road and for people that walking on the sidewalk.

For business owners who are using the sidewalks as an extention of their businesses, a representative from a LGU or maybe a deputized MMDA officer should write them off a ticket that'll reflect upon their business renewal.
