    You need to go through a proper rehab course once and that will be considered only when you have worked intensely on strengthening the core and stabilising it. Weightlifting belts are not even a factor here. Sahi bracing ek to pehle seekhna sabse important hai. Central portion sahi dhang se tight kaise rakhna hai that itself takes a while to understand. Log abhi bhi brace ko belt against tummy ko push karna samajhte Hain which is exactly opposite of a strong brace. Strong brace breath in karne ke baad sab kuch central inside tight rakhna visualise karna hota hai. Pushing against the belt is expanding it on the outside and actually making the center portion of your body weak. Sara khel spine k skeletal structure ko protect karne ka hi hai. The muscles around that region will now slowly and gradually have to be strengthened and stabilized. Ek moment ko bhi agar focus hata all it takes is one rep where you didn't focus and didn't brace right in one rep and the central skeletal structure ends up suffering. Usse connected muscles hi use protected rakhti hain. Jab tak un muscles ki strong isometric contraction nahi seekhi jayegi and overall bhi un muscles ko strengthen nahi kiya jayega ye problem nahi jayegi. Strong brace to kabhi Jana hi nahi chahiye ab dimaag se chahe koi badi movement na bhi Kar rahe ho tab bhi. Also Maine logon ko one arm dumbbell rows se zada injured hote dekha hai. The positioning of that exercise with one feet on the bench and the other on the ground, once you develop any kind of issue in SI joint wo kai logon ki problem badha deti hai. Strong brace and training strong isometric holds for both front and back. Ye hi ant mein tumhara saath denge lamba to deal with this problem

    Bhaii it totally looks like its not AS that is effecting you and causing you pain right now, its just the slip disc that you have already may be while performing the exercises it may compressed again due to which the spinal cord got irritated and that makes you in pain, but dont worry its our normal work life cycle we have manage it accordingly. Am sure you will comeback soon with more strength. We have to set exceptions to doctors. Waiting and praying for your early recovery will see you soon in GYM.❤❤❤

  • The same thing happened with me I don’t know why whenever I start reaching my peak I get lower back pain. I am also finding it difficult to bend over. Tomorrow I m going to physiotherapist for cupping therapy to ease my lower back spasms. I am feeling my back quite stiff.

    Belt does not prevent the injury as such …it’s the core muscles strength…but overall agar apko hona hai wo hoke hi rahega …aapka kitna bhi strong core kyu na ho ya ya fir form kitna bhi shi ho ….i am a medical student and a gym goer myself
  • Bhai...muje bhi yhi problem hai but jayda nahi jhukne m bhi jayada koi problem nahi hai...but jayada long time chal nahi sakta pero m sunn or pain jhanjhnahat hoti h isly m kuch der beth jata hu to relax milta h....or m isi condition me gym start krna chahta hu... kuch hi dino m aap btay...kese shuruaat kru ki gym m exrsize krne se y problem durr ho jay...saitica ki..koi gym wali exercise btaay aap or koi tips jarur de kin kin baton ka mujhe dhayan rkhna h ...plz..reply de

    Sir meko bhi AS. Hai mai under weight hu 40kg kya meko gym Jana chahiye thoda pull-up kro toh gardan ki nas khich jaati hai.. esa lag raha Puri sharir ki nase khichi Hui hai.. aaur koi diet plan hai toh vo bhi bataiye satvik diet plan 🙏
  • Bhai agr third time h to apna mri krao ku ki 4th time m ye pain leg m bhi ja skta h and ek major disc bulge ho jayega and fir 6 month rest Lena pd skta h. Forward bending bilkul and walking rkho continue and galti s bhi forward bending nhi agr major disc bulge hua to gye Tablet bhi kaam nhi kregi

    Bhai mujhe 8 months ho gaye L4-l5, l5-S1 disc bulge huye just thoda sa jerk laga tha gym mai seated row ke time and i am not able to sit even for 10 mins , worst injury hai yrr sab karwa liya physiotherapy vgiara and also visited many doctors, every doctor is saying nothing serious but i can't able to sit they can't understand i was living my best life but this injury put me in depression, sometimes it looks like i am recovering but same pain comes again and again, bro do you have any advice ro recover from it? It will be really helpful. Thanks
