I think, given the color scheme of the Avengers Doomsday and Secret Wars logos, that RDJ not only plays Doom but somehow ends up back as Iron Man in Secret Wars.

RDJ said he wanted to come back with a challenge not just showing up as another Tony variant. I think he’s actually a Doom from another universe most likely the FF universe and he will also play a Tony variant. Sounds amazing to me.

I think it's a Tony Stark variant but he just had a terrible backstory and he could be adopted into Latveria, and he just is Victor Von Doom. In Secret Wars, we could see an evil Avengers where Captain America is Hydra, Black Widow is bad, Hulk is bad, etc. I think that would be cool and epic.

I think this is awesome! The MCU has made a legendary career out making and running with the less obvious choices! If Feige and Co have made this decision, i support it and can't wait for it to play out!
