It has a sticky and slimy texture, and a strong flavor that some people describe as nutty or cheesy.
Natto is a favorite of Japanese people.
It is nutritious and delicious, and there are many ways to eat it.
Natto rolls, Natto pasta, and Natto toasted bread are also staples in Japan.
Today, I will introduce 3 different ways Japanese people eat Natto.

I love natto!!! I made it for the first time. Fermented it from natto spres, waited, ate it with fermented brown and wild rice and coconut aminos!!! Yum. I also mixed some in fermented South dough from spelt and einkorn flours and made a pancake upon with a ate a couple of wild chicken eggs and homemade raw milk yoghurt. Omd! So delicious!

I can’t get all of those ingredients so I eat it this way: brown rice on the bottom, then natto but no sauces (can’t have sodium or sugar). Top that with 1/4 cup of hummus, thin celery slices, minced onion and garlic powder. Top that with chopped cilantro leaves. I have sauerkraut as a side dish.
