12:50 the dragon fruit is also known natively as "pitaya", so Drataya is dragon + pitaya, or Dragon Dragonfruit lmao
-
Love how Lockstin just comes across as a loose cannon in this video it's hilarious
-
21:20 "I'm smart, I swear." don't worry, we all have those moments lol

28:02 Sparta was Greek. It was a city-state. One with armor colors being the same as the ones Ares is often depicted with for some reason, even though they weren't patroned by Ares (common misconception, it's the purely fictional Spartoi who worked for Ares)

The little swirl on that first galaxsea is for stellar, which is elestrals version of shinies

BAKUGAN NEXT KING
-
Chrysoar = soar + boar + Chrysaor, the Golden Boar, son of Medusa and Poseidon, brother of Pegasus.
-
Aquarius is an air sign, not a water sign. A lot of people make that mistake because of the name. Considering that one card has the word Aquarius in the name and it's a bird it's an air type of some kind.
-
Glauby comes from "glaucus" (a latin name for the blue dragon sea slug) and possibly "baby"! Edit: Drataya also comes from "dragon" and "petaya" (name for the dragon fruit in some languages)

* Jolten (Jolt + Tenrec) is defiantly a Hedgehog Tenrec it even has the same color scheme. Tenrecs are a group of mammals endemic to the island of Madagascar. * Sinder seems to be based on the Satanic Leaf-tailed Gecko.

This was so fun to watch, I would love to see you open more cards tbh

- Gushing over creatures ❌ - Gushing over card art ❌ - Gushing over the names ✅

6:25 Glydesdale, especially the name, would make for a cool Flying-type evolution to a regional variant of Mudbray.
-
Love seeing Adrive's project he's been working really hard on it
-
8:19 Ion is an atom/molecula with an electrical charge. The reference that Toxion is smol.
-
8:39 It could also be a reference to raiju, which doesn't have a specific animal associated with it. Though rhinoceros is not among the several it might be.
-
I haven't really been keeping up with the Elestrals stuff but I do love that so many people have been hopping on board with aDrive's project

17:57 You're a kid now! You're a squid now! You're a kid! You're a squid! You're a kid! You're a squid! You're a kid now!
-
5:33 Well considering it's also a different color, I'm banking on it being this game's equivalent of shiny.
