    I always put the boiled eggs in an ice bath, as soon as finished. they always peel easily.

    I cover my eggs in a pan of cold water. Put it on high and bring to a boil then drop it to medium and cook for 10 minutes. After your 10 minute timer goes off pour off the water, shake the pan to break all the shells and top with cool water for 3 minutes. Peel under cool water while they are still warm and they will peel great. To many years of being a prep cook in restaurants taught me a little!! lol
  • HIGHLY recommend getting a pressure cooker and cooking your eggs in it. They come out perfect every single time. I have a few friends that make them in the air fryer and have the same experience. I think the reason they peel so well from cooking them with these methods is because they are actually being steamed which separates that membrane between the shell and the egg.

    I have done several egg fasts on my channel and I discovered if you don’t do a transition of 1-2 days after ending the fast, transition days consist of eggs for 2 meals and one meal can be a different protein like a burger or chicken with half an avocado. Without a transition you will see your weight jump back up by 1-2 lbs.
  • It’s been awhile since I’ve done the egg fast, but there are quite a few really good egg fast recipes. Egg loaf. Egg salad, egg crepes, egg drop soup, egg pasta.
  • I boil eggs at very high temperature for 12 to 15 min and then immediately drop in cold water. I Crack all boiled eggs and put them back in cold water. Shells come off smooth and easy

  • I barely made it through the 3 day egg fast I did awhile back - I cannot imagine 5 days - and I absolutely love eggs. I was yearning to chew something that wasn't soft LOL - I never thought to do a fried cheese like you did for something crunchy. Great job girls!!

    I’m enjoying your videos....WTG on such a successful journey...❤️ My method for never fail easy removal of the shells is to simply bring your salted water to a hard boil....carefully place the eggs at that time and simmer on medium heat for 15-20 mins...remove and place in cold water for about 5 minutes...works every time!

    Place eggs in pan (don't crowd). Add cold water until 1" above eggs. Bring to full boil. Then cover and let sit for 10 - 15 mins. Then drain hot water and run cool water over the eggs. They should peel easily. Hope this helps. Thanks for your videos.

    Great job with the thrift stores! I lost 120 pounds, and that was the best way to get clothes affordably as my size was changing every few months. It's amazing how much stuff I found that still had the tags on it. As for the eggs; besides the ice bath, I start peeling them from the wider end. There is an air bubble there for the baby chick, and the shell isn't attached to the egg at that part.
