We just laid my brother to rest yesterday. Eleven years older than me. I grew up in his record collection, and Elton.John was one of his favorites. He took me to my first concert in 1982, and it was Elton. This song really fit my brother, and I chose it as the last song to play at his service. Let me tell you....he was well loved by many, and the room was full. There literally wasn't a dry eye in the room when this song was over. Thank you for everything Mark. I'll never forget you.

I was just thinking how lucky my generation is to have witnessed this music when it came out. I really hope the younger generations will discover all the great music from the 60's-70's-80's❤

They played this song for my graduation on full blast as everybody was leaving ngl I almost bawled my eyes out in my car

Went to see Avatar last night and they had an ad for Ant Man. I was singing at the top of my lungs and Yellow Brick Road has been in my head constantly since. 😂🙂
