This aged pretty well in the book of bill he does see the third dimension and tries to show it to others thus causing the destruction of his realm

What if a lowly triangle realized the cast system itself was a triangle, and then that lowly shape became THE triangle and gained the ability to see outside of his limited realm. He reaches out to touch the beauty of infinity, right above him and ends up accidentally destroying is universe. The realization drives him insane and he gives in to chaos

I pieced together that he is in fact a child. And this is what makes him so damned deadly. It's hinted that as soon as he got his powers terrible things happened that he didn't want and that shattered his sanity. (Flatworld's end might have been an accident.) Like the original intent was to create a being that went around helping people and at some point Bill still may be able to do that. But not in his 'Son Wulong' phase he can't. Or won't. It's funny because of how relative things are. We see a narcissistic psychopath that wants to play with 'toys' until he gets bored with them but this could just be some cosmic figure stuck in their Terrible Two's which they will grow out of eventually.

Bill Cipher's 2D world reminds me of the 2D world encountered in the "Futurama" episode, "2-D Blacktop." 9:20 So, Bill Cipher was a middle class bullshuffler like, say, Fidel Castro, on a power trip? Ain't that original. Why doesn't Bill Cipher have a cadre of True Believers? We arrive at the There Can Only Be One with ultimate power idea. Bill is now at the top of the pecking order, he can manipulate/destroy any other multidimensional organism, like a "Star Trek" Q. But then, the city limits of Gravity Falls keeps the "Isosceles monster" in another kind of trap. So much for ultimate power, eh?

Excellent job with the editing, you put a lot of effort in to it. Personally, the “chosen dread” theory is always the one I just assumed was the correct one. I thought that was heavily implied by the Axolotl’s poem. Excellent video, I will take this all into account for my grand theory discussing Bill’s whereabouts after the end of the show. the start of theory four was actually right from the book it says he had a rare mutation allowing him to see into the third dimension when he wanted to show it to his parents and friends it ended up burning his world by mistake.
