Xmen 97 has my hopes really high for the future of this scene.

In other words, random Hail Storm is seen as inefficient, like "why you waste a meter that doesn't guarantee a hit?" 20:28 Editor should have censored this here. Btw, maybe reach out to Retro Fighters (or similar channels) and see if low quality videos can be upscaled to a higher quality.
