Rift of the NecroDancer INSTANTLY Became my Most Anticipated Game...

Honestly, I knew to expect a certain level of quality from these dev's as Crypt of the Necrodancer is one of the most polished, unique and enjoyable roguelikes out there BUT MAN, THIS DEMO, THIS GAME, BLEW ME AWAY lol. Rift of the NecroDancer is now automatically my most anticipated game, no questions, it just is. If you can't tell already, I kinda like rhythm games... I love that they took a game like Stepmania (or if you don't know that game Guitar Hero) and added a bunch of spins with their own unique Crypt of the Necrodancer-style twists. So yes, I'm buying this game like the last few I played on the release day.
I'm doing a game DEMO week right now which means back-to-back uploads of demos! I wanna try a kind of weird game named Pool of Madness next, so let me know in the comments if there is an upcoming game with a demo you would like to see me try! On the current list (The Big Catch, Lost Castle 2, Odinfall, and Lucky Tower)

Ravevenge is such a sick remix. Just like Disco Disaster is a Disco Descent(1-1), Ravevenge is a remix of Crypteque(1-2) I'm honestly dreading the expert charts in the full game hahah, Ravevenge Hard still gives me trouble, offbeats are my weakness in rhythm games

They took wwhat worked with crypt and made it work in a pure rhythm game style. There is no rhythm game like it. Closest I could think of is rhythm doctor, and even that is much different.

Sadly I cannot play the demo because I am a nintendo switch player for the crypt series (I get Cadence of Hyrule and you don't hehe)

Neat! As a roguelike fan with casual rhythm tendencies I'll give this a pass... but I will be reinstalling Crypt thanks for the reminder :D

As an fnf player (Friday night funkin’) I will probably effortlessly play this. Also when you said this game seemed satisfying in fnf when there is a spam part and you get it PERFECTLY there’s an insane dopamine rush.
