I appreciate you saying right up front what kind of doctor you are. Everybody on youtube is a doctor and usually don't say or hide what kind they are.

Hopefully your next video will explore quality cod liver oil.

I just ordered the product that you have just recommended .Thank you.
  • Thanks doc for the real good information. Unfortunately, regular cardiologists never even mention fish oil in treatment protocol after my 3rd heart attack with stenting.

Thanks Doctor Ritter. Good to know some of the measures I take, including exercises, 18-6 IF (primarilydiscussion
  • Thanks for sharing. Question: how does your treatment change if the patient is on a ketogenic diet?
  • Thanks Dr CardioGauge for your videos 👍. Let me, please one question -3MIs, last with Stent, had a dozen of cardiologists, NOT by my choice, but none of them never recommended 🐠 fish oil.

Will you address why you’re not including DHA in your next video?

What about DHA? I thought that was the most important Omega 3?
  • I was prescribed Vascepa after having a stent placed in a main coronary artery. It caused my heart to skip beats. At the time this was not a listed side effect. Notified manufacturer and it 's now listed as a side effect. Happened after only taking 2 capsules.
  • ......any thoughts on the consumption of fish oil and yellow fat disease in humans and including Lipofuscin degeneration ?

Fish oils, seafoods, flax, chia, hemp seeds all throw my heart into tachycardia and arrhythmia. My Cardiologist completely denies this has anything to do with my condition. I am on cartia 360mgs per day because I cannot tolerate beta blockers. Have you come across any studies with others that have this issue?
  • Can you guide for High triglycerides please , mine is 500 without medicine
  • @peterkuskis3825
That’s interesting. I started taking a high-EPA fish oil by NutraSea that is 2g per teaspoon (1500 mg EPA, 500 mg DHA) and it really seems to help me with inflammation. Full price is around $80 for a big (500 ml) bottle of the liquid though.
  • Can u suggest how much EPA + DHA is enough for a day bcoz my mother is taking algae oil EPA + DHA of 200mg

Wondering why the cross sectional view shows way way more than 9% shrinkage of plaque. Did they just cherry-pick the best example?

Organic Cod Liver oil from Norway 1 teaspoon each day 1100 mg omega 3 has helped me.
