SCP-5346 is a cognitohazardous phenomenon that may manifest upon viewing a specific scene of the 1994 film titled Forrest Gump, which will result in severe cranial trauma to the viewer.
This segment, known for the phrase, "My momma always said life "" like a box of chocolates," spoken by the film's protagonist Forrest Gump, does not exhibit any outward anomalous effects. However, expired victims of
SCP 5346 , otherwise known as SCP5346 -1, all previously shared an obsession over the particular scene and the phrasing of the quote, which is considered to be the primary trigger in causing SCP-5346 events to manifest.

“Life was like a box of chocolates...” I smile to myself as I watch the episode. Everyone knows that’s not what he says. I’ve seen that film a dozen times at least. And then the detective gets snagged by this SCP as well. He knew the line as well. You know it too. I know you do. Wait. What was that noise? Be right back, some jerk is banging at my door.

I love the fact that Dr. Bob brought back a nostalgic movie I loved watching when I was little. It's a bit terrifying to hear about this type of Forest Gump, but wow, such an amazing story!

A lot of people seem to be complaining about the copy-paste thumbnails. I think they are doing it on purpose because it's just funny to them. I even saw that for a short time they changed a thumbnail into that copypasta. I honestly like it, it's quite funny how they are just doing this copy-paste.

15:03 it could be by the scp actually being a memetic hazard to where the person slowly goes insane and hallucinates the entity, when in reality what happens is them going insane and then commiting su1c1de coincidentally making it look like it was a murder
