  • Whenever a negative thought creeps into my mind, I simply say to myself: “I don’t play that game anymore” it cancels the negativity. Takes a little practice, but in a day or two, the negative thoughts give up on you and go away.

My biggest belief is that there's something wrong with me. I would love to release that belief and know that there's nothing wrong with me. We are all growing healing and learning that love is everything. Thank you
  • I am confident, I am loving, I am humble, I am generous, I set healthy boundaries, I am light, I am prosperous, I am enough, I am consistent, I am reliable, I am flexible, I am present, and I am grateful!
  • I choose to turn stress, anxiety, fear and trauma into courage, power, discernment, empowerment and strength
  • I suffer from extreme anxiety and low self-confidence some days. This morning, after listening to this video, I took a deep breath, and acknowledged my anxiety. I then exhaled and imagined I was releasing the letters A.N.X.I.E.T.Y. I repeated this a few times, and tried to align myself with the thought that high am happy and confident. This actually works. You just have to be willing to release the negative emotions. That is the hard part. Really imagine a negative emotions leaving in your body as you exhale. Abra Cadabra! Thank you!

Looking back, I realized that I've been so harsh on myself last year. My head was filled with negative thoughts and self doubt and it made me struggle to do things that are not even supposed to be difficult. This year, I promise to be more mindful and will do my best to challenge those negative thoughts. I always seem to forget the great things I've achieved in the past. I need to remind myself that I DID THAT. If I'm really not smart and good enough like I've been telling myself all throughout last year, how the heck did I achieve those things? I am smart. I am good enough. I am worthy. Thank you Jim for this video!
  • It's always nice when teachers say things like he will never learn to read. This was in 3rd grade. I struggled with learning all through school until about 11th grade where I started to understand what was going on. To this day I have a business, youtube channel, graduated college AA computer science and I work at a amazing company. So I'm pretty sure I succeeded far past the teachers who said I was mentally disabled. I obviously learn differently than the norm. Dont ever give up confidence is hard to find but you have it believe in yourself.

I am smart, flexible, confident, courageous, brave, bright, beautiful, strong
  • Negative thought: severe procrastinator / non-finisher 🙃 Positive thought: face and complete tasks on time 😎
  • I just put headphones on to block out the negativity around me. I normally wouldn't click on a video like this because, well, it isn't for me. Well, guess what...it IS for me. What a lovely person you are to make a difference in my day! Your soft spoken, non judgmental tone spoke to me and I am calm now, wanting to listen to more, willing to learn. I am grateful.

I struggle with extreme anxiety and the longer I live with the anxiety the more my self confidence and self esteem seems to diminish, then as all that diminishes here comes the negative self talk. It’s like a viscous cycle!

My negative self talk is old, very old programming that comes from my mother- “Be careful … “ as I am bringing a tray of breakfast to a table, now I can hear myself thinking/saying to myself everything that could go wrong- I could drop the cup of coffee, I could drop the plate etc. That insidious negative messages have made me insecure on my own performance. While I am not as negative as my mother was, her messages are still running the show. Be careful this and be careful that. If you ask me, is an stressful way to live that I want to correct. 😮 …I will have to be diligent because the messages are so subtle, if I do not purposely pay attention, I do notice them.
  • One limiting belief that has recently been planted in my mind is that if you weren't born a certain way you'll never become more. This was said by one of my teachers who is amazing at what he does but he puts out a life-is-predetermined attitude and it has grown in my mind ever since. Making it more difficult to try to change my circumstances and improve myself. Now I'm trying to release that defeatist teaching and align with the fact that I am in control of what I do and now learning I can also be in control of what I think. It's crazy how other people's words can really affect your mind in such a way that it is very much like a spell. You have to be so careful about who you listen to. Thank you Jim this video really helped me snap out of that trance.
  • @zkynfs
I literally broke to tears listening to your kind words.. it's nice to know that finally someone understands me..
  • My negative thought is that my life is out of control. The positive perspective is that I can think well, decide for myself and make decisions for a good outcome and a better future! Your talks Jim have so much good content that is enriching to my life. Thank you friend

I like it when you said that sometimes we have to doubt our doubts.💡 Doubting, I supposed, is my negative thought. And you’ve just taught me how it use it to kill itself. Brilliant! Thank you so much🙏🏻
  • When I get frustrated my brain repeats “I hate my life” so I correct myself and tell myself I have so many people, places, experiences and so much to be grateful for
