  • My dad and I played these games together when I was a kid. We still shout "BEANS" at one another, usually from opposite ends of the house, when I go back home. What a throwback, thank you
  • @kip_c
I get the feeling Patrician REALLY enjoys wizards and general magic fellas
  • @Rannos22
Wow Pat has some insane output when he's not working on a 10-40hr project lol
  • those first three games really made such an impression on my psyche as a kid, I can still remember dreams I had about playing them and finding dark secret areas. goblet cutting out the overworld broke my heart, but what you're saying about phoenix is certainly making me raise an eyebrow. good vid as usual
  • That portrait might have been on the second floor… in Britain. Remember that in Britain we have the ‘Ground Floor’ when you enter a building. So while the American second floor would be up one flight of stairs, the British second floor would be up 2 flights of stairs.
  • "Welcome to Herbology Class, gentleman! I will not lie, your chances of survival are small; some classmates may even turn against your friends as compost, but you have my word that I will use my arcane gifts to ensure your bodies are taken away from the garden. This is the greatest award, even more than beans, for the fate of your soul is an eternal concern."
  • "When the death eater disguised as a wizard cop teaches a kid whose parents where tortured to insanity the finer points of how that curse works" -patriciantv 15/10 delivery. I died

I loved the order of the phoenix game as a kid. Distinctly remember playing it all day when I was home sick once (then pretending I was still sick the next day to play some more)

I had a physical copy of this game, one of the only physical games my parents ever bought me. But it was in german and I didn't know how to get through the dementor intro so I put it away and eventually it probably ended up in the trash.

Lark from Grayfruit here, I made all those Harry Potter videos. Played the fourth one many years ago and even when I was a kid I remember it being so disappointing swapping from the open world format, and knowing that it felt way cheaper without understanding at the time. I was sorta wondering if it was worth checking out again. Loved that right away you said "Not buggy enough to be fun in that regard". RIP that's clearly the best part. I also had 4 on the gameboy and Mad Eye said "Damn" and I was like "oh shit this is serious business don't tell my mom".
  • @O_mighty95
Thanks for making this Patrician, always nice to see one of your videos but more enjoyable to see something I played lots despite finding lackluster

  • @carson2258
I love you for providing us with such plentiful content
  • Pat, if you're gonna cover Half Blood Prince, check out some of the YT videos covering it. I remember a good few of them saying it was the "first HP game to have a full open world". This shocked me as I grew up playing OotP!
  • @Etlelele
I seem to remember that Goblet of Fire had some sort of a combo system where you help each other with the spells? Had great fun with the multiplayer back in the day, I figure that's how it was meant to be played
  • Every time I see you upload I open the video and tap the screen to see the length, eagerly anticipating the day I see 12:00:00 yet again.
  • @thommaddo
damn is this the newest release in the Patrician Cinematic Universe?
