When it comes to choosing exercises for your back, here are a some of the things I look to include. - 1 horizontal rowing variant (trap/rhomboid bias) - 1 vertical pulling movement (teres bias) - 1 or 2 lat isolation movements (lat bias) - 1 rear delt fly (rear delt bias) Although it wasn't included in the video, I always do a rear delt fly on my pull day (after my barbell rows). Then I do 2 bicep exercises and call it a day 👍 Edit: I also meant to say iliac lats, NOT lumbar. Iliac is the lower division, and lumbar is the middle! Starting off with the barbell row would probably be better, because it's a compound movement that requires a lot of energy
