    A balanced varied diet is so important! For my patients in hospital, the dietitians' input is so valuable!! So much better to prevent inflammatory conditions, heart disease etc rather than treating them when they happen... And these recipes look delicious too! 😋

I feel like a lot of influencers talk about "inflammation" as a kind of boogeyman to be combatted at all costs, but you rightly say that it's a mechanism of our immune system to fight off infection.
