He is absolutely right about consciousness: everything is conscious! We are literally a part of everything and everything is a part of us. We must learn to be kind and accepting and respectful of the planet.
  • This blowed my mind. Stupidity and ignorance ruled our families for many years. Our ancestors knew pretty well that every remedy and solution was found in nature.

Recap by
  • I shared the same feeling of inter-connectedness Dr. Andrew described, from doing half doses of mescaline, psilocybin, and peyote in my college years in the Pacific Northwest. We picked psilocybin mushrooms at dawn, which grew in ‘fairy rings’ in areas with rich soil, like cow pastures. We’d make tea and walk for hours in the forest, feeling awe and connection with all of nature. I’m a lightweight so instinctively took less than others, which worked well for me. The experiences opened my mind and spurred creativity, set me on a lifelong path, and formed a core spirituality of reverence for nature and the Universal Energy. I became a professional artist, animal advocate, Master Gardener, and vegetarian/ vegan/ pescatarian for over 50 years. I could go on about my incredible experiences! I haven’t felt a need to use these substances anymore, as I learned what they had to teach me, which was transformative!
  • Dr Weil was about 30 years a head of all the others. He helped me focus on a good diet in the early 80s. Finally the rest of the world is catching up to him.

I am so glad to see an up-and-coming, rising star of this particular genre giving props to Dr. Weil. Dr. Weil is responsible for educating my generation (brought up on pop-tarts for breakfast, smoking being permissible in restaurants, and watching the 6 o'clock news while eating KFC or grilled hot dogs for dinner) on all things mind-body-spirit. I attribute my health journey kicking off with 8 Weeks to Optimum Health and I can still recall the day I saw it on the table in a bookstore in the mall and purchased it. It changed my life.Dr. Weil is one of the greatest thought leaders of my generation.
  • I lost my parents and 3 siblings through lack of healthcare. Your right Pay attention in America 🇺🇸
  • @kijihigh6826
I agree with these two gentlemen. A tea culture in USA would be wonderful. I drank tea all of my life and I feel this is the reason that I am so healthy. Of course I never took drugs, engaged in Healthy eating, exercising and lots of rest combined with daily tea socials has kept me grounded all my life. Tea is amazing!
  • I have so much respect and admiration for people who can continually be cut off or interrupted during a conversation and show no signs of irritation. Bravo
  • @jenhover
The guy does not age! Remarkable! I love him!
  • @ImaniNile
Discussions like this make me question just what the US FDA is doing. Too many foods - natural and processed - in the US are so destructive to the human body. Why does the FDA permit these negative foods on the market?
  • @annemwai1770
Dr. Weil is someone who has really contributed to teaching natural health for as long as I can remember he and Dr. Mercola made me take interest in my health naturally and it pays. Happy to see him here.
  • Thank you for this most enjoyable and educational presentation; I feel that our nation and the world need more of these discussions that discuss the options available for healing ourselves.
  • @Ponzuu28
I traveled to Australia snorkeled at a place called Exmouth North of Perth, the fragility of our planet was so profound ❤ my emotion it changed my life no psychedelics needed! It was a truly amazing experience!
