SUMMARY:
- Instead of scrubs that can injure the upper layer of the epidermis, use chemical-based facial scrubs that’ll help you remove dirt from your pores.
- Anti-aging creams can do wonders for your skin by reducing fine lines, wrinkles, and age spots. Unfortunately, the only way to get rid of wrinkles completely is to visit a plastic surgeon.
- Don’t dry your face by rubbing it with a towel as this can damage your skin: you will irritate and inflame your poor pimples and force bacteria deep into your pores.
- Sleep with your hair tied loosely enough to not cover your face. Don’t use elastic bands because they can damage your hair.
- If your pillowcase is made of cotton, silk, or satin, if you don’t launder and replace it regularly, it can accumulate grime, dirt, and sweat.
- If you have sensitive skin, switch to Rose clay, which keeps your skin hydrated while also removing dirt and oil. For oily skin, it’s better to use French Green clay as it absorbs excess oil, revealing a smooth and healthy complexion.
- Dark chocolate (now we’re talking!) helps your skin to be thicker and more hydrated, and it also acts as a sunscreen.

To stay young just be happy❤️ and do not get married😂
  • People often swear that I'm younger than them when I'm actually older than they are. This problem is annoying and not at all fun in real life, but it does mean the following tricks are helping: 1. Be born with good genes 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Avoid/eliminate sugar and junk food 4. Eliminate alcohol 5. Don't smoke 6. Practice de-stressing techniques such as deep breathing, daily meditation, yoga, and whatever works for you. 7. Exercise - weight lifting > cardio but do a variety 8. Qigong and/or yoga 9. Use rosehip oil as moisturizer 10. Use retinol oil or serum at night 11. Use vitamin C serum morning and afternoon under your moisturizer 12. Use sunscreen religiously during all seasons 13. Eat healthy - lots of green veggies like spinach, and colored like carrots, mushrooms, and beets 14. Laugh often and find joy in life Realize there's a lot more to life than your looks ;) Enjoy!

The media teaches young girls that they should always look young and perfect. The bottom line is that we all age over time, and there is nothing wrong with that. It's fine to do what you can to slow down the process, or even reverse it. But don't spend your time worrying about how old you look. In the end, the only thing that will really matter is the people we love and the experiences we've had. We won't care about the number of years we've been alive so much as the quality of those years. We won't count wrinkles, but rather loved ones in our lives.

The only thing I'm proud of having oily skin is that it stays youthful for a longer period of time

Eating a lot of sugar breaks collagen production on our skin which is really bad.

The best way to look your skin young and healthy don't smoke and drink alcohol and sleep early. Because drinking and smoking makes your skin dry and unhealthy.
  • @Eveningkiss
exercise will also help. Not just for loosing weight but it can help bring a glow back to your skin. I'm in my mid 30s and look better than i did when i was 25

Never underestimate the importance of fresh, clean air! Living in a polluted city wreaks havoc on the skin.
