    Day 1: really liked this workout! My body is shaking lol. It felt good. Day 2: a little easier Day 3: was hard, but I think I did the exercises a lot better Day 4: Could only do like 10 minutes :| Day 5: ❌ ran a mile Day 6: ✅ Day 7:❌ Day 8✅
