Perfect video for alien who is trying to act like a human
  • The best kind of humor is those people who make a joke with a serious attitude without laughing and finally smile a little, but their humor is strong.
  • @engineral
"Surreal humor can be one of the hardest types of humor to use" Proceeds to show the funniest shit I've seen all day
  • @Ch43ry
Thanks for explaining what sarcasm is! I definitely didn't know what it was and you totally helped!!!
  • @korudero
Started giggling at the tiger during the surreal humor section. I'm cooked
  • The first one is always so embarrassing because I try to be nice by laughing at their joke and then it backfires 😭😭
  • @adamb89
My favorite joke combines multiple genres. "A horse walks into a bar. The bartender refuses to serve him because he is an alcoholic."
  • @Profinoob1337
Dry humor is such a special kind of humor, gets me every time
  • @wicksavage3459
I cried laughing because that Tiger came so unexpected. It's over for me.
  • @BioTheHuman
I tink "inside-jokes" also deserve a spot since the laughter comes almost totally from a shered experience of a very restricted group of people.
  • @vancefr
Its a pain combining Dry humor and Sarcasm when people genuinenly think youre serious.
  • @Juniper_Rose
waiting for next weeks episode that just ends with "callback - a joke that references an earlier event in a humorous way"
  • @remixgameyt1172
A joke I have heard from my German friend: What's red and bad for your teeth? A brick.

Fun Trivia: "Slapstick" was so dubbed in the era of silent shorts, when such films would be accompanied by live music (anything from a single pianist to a full orchestra) and, sometimes, by foley (sound effect) performers. The most common foley used for when someone got smacked on-screen was literally either a pair of flat sticks slapped together or just one slapped against a cushion or other such object. Films which featured a lot of 'abusive' physical comedy involved a lot of stick slapping - hence, becoming known as "slap-stick".

The picture of the tiger during the surreal part made me laugh too hard. I finally have a term for modern internet humour.
  • @fabio1724
I think Norm Macdonald is the best example of anti-humour. His interviews at Conan's always had anti-humour jokes.
  • @wicksavage3459
isn't "black humor" more commonly referred to as dark humor?

Toilet/Potty/Scatological Humor: An easy form of comedy, usually targeted at children, where people use humor related to bathrooms and bodily functions regarding feces and other functions that are considered taboo. This form of humor is extremely common in comedy, however it is often seen as a cheap form of humor that requires little to no effort to utilize. Properly implemented humor can be extremely effective for your audience however, compared to frequent usage without any proper setup.
  • Army office worker here. Dry humour mixed with some satire is something that allows you to overcome the daily routine, yet sometimes it's better to split them up.
