The second hand embarrassment I felt physically hurts me
  • @JBB685
You know when he delivered that first line “I know what you’re thinking…smelly jumper” and no one laughed he had to have thought about calling it
  • as soon as he said smelly jumper my heart sank and I had to stop the video
  • @masonsickler2878
That kid holding the joke book saying they are original jokes was the funniest part of this video
  • @harryblock_3826
I think the worst part was waiting for him to reveal it to the audience.
  • The pure absurdism of that last joke “play schools, play schools” would have cracked me up so much. The fact you had that as your finale aswell I’m DEAD
  • @Hellotherett
The real pain is when you actually put in effort and the audience is still silent💀
  • @PiggyToon
3:33 the kid: “these are my jokes”
also the kid: holding a book called good jokes for 7 year olds
  • @janhetjoch
the "boo who?" "no need to cry" was absolutely hilarious tho

This is literally beyond comedy. A joke so advanced it takes weeks to land, but so childish anyone could understand it. So over the audience's head that no one laughs until weeks later, because they thought it was so beneath their comprehension. And when everything has been done, the only thing to do is present it in a new way, everyone thought they were beyond playground humour and their lack of reaction only intensified the joke. This is the only video i think I'll ever watch that made me physically move to get off my seat because i was laughing, with discomfort yes, but it physically moved me. To the floor. Because i couldn't stand the thought of trying to tickle an audience member. Max you are truly pushing comedy into new realms.
  • I really hope they clarified to the audience why Max Fosh suddenly seemed to have a breakdown on stage
  • "Plagiarism is a big deal, so make sure these are your jokes. Are these your jokes?"
"Yes." *looks down at his joke book that was clearly not published by him*
  • @VNeto94
7:28 - His palms are sweaty, jokes weak, cringe is heavy

I'm a clinical psychologist, and work with quite a lot of people with social anxiety. This video will be the most amazing resource when doing exposure work in therapy, and I will save it forever. It physically hurt me.
  • @utaolliecovers
I'm more impressed you didnt start or end it with a preface "this routine was written by a classroom of 7 year olds""
  • @HeWhoShams
You can't fool me, this was your material and you tried to hide it by putting the blame on 7 year olds.

I see through you, Mr. Max Fosh
  • The "help me I'm stuck in a hole" joke genuinely had me laughing boisterously.
  • @scout6436
to be honest i think i'd actually be crackinggg up at this cause my humour is ABSOLUTELY BROKEN
