I've noticed that this video tends to get the most views during finals weeks. While I have complete confidence in my own insightful brilliance, I would encourage students to research more authoritative sources than a youtube video for your papers. I'd stay away from any research from The International Society for the Study of Multiple Personality and Dissociation. Most of this research lacked any kind of experimental controls and frequently didn't mention who the research subjects were (age, gender, nationality, SES, etc).
