When it comes to your hair and scalp, apple cider vinegar is the winner! Harsh soaps and shampoos strip hair and skin of its natural oils, leaving you feeling dry all over. The acidity of apple cider vinegar counteracts that process and actually balances your skin and hair’s natural pH levels.
Apple cider vinegar stimulates your hair follicles, helps to clean clogged pores and follicles, and prevents dandruff.

  • He is one doctor who is not selling anything. I have great respect for him
  • The doctor is trying to help people with his knowledge but how some selfish people are making fun of him without knowing the reasons for his baldness. He is the doctor he has more knowledge then you guys who make fun of him
  • I was the eldest of six and the only dark haired child. When my hair was washed my Mother always put vinegar in my final rinse. It did shine like nothing has since. I still remember hearing my great Aunt saying I was ugly because I wasn’t blonde like the others until one day I noticed I wasn’t ugly. I was average and ugly comes from inside. Not to mention I had the best hair in the family that grew the longest and was the thickest. Thank you.

I couldn’t be more happy to have found this Doc. He truly has every one of our best interests at heart. Have you ever seen a doctor that worked so hard to help people who are not paying him? I don’t know about you but this man works tirelessly to not only help & educate us on natural health but he also is an enormous humanitarian. He goes to third world countries to help educate & give of himself, his time his money & his love. Please don’t ever think that you seeing your doctor will ever compare to seeing this man. I for one would be thrilled to have him as my doctor being I know that me being healthy his is his utmost concern. Good luck to you with your doctor.

The important thing is that the information he is passing is very correct. Do ur own research. So it doesn't matter how he appears he is not selling you a product he is only passing health information that will improve our lives. So let's not judge but appreciate him for his kind heart Biko

Hi Doc..yes..when I was a child some decades ago shampoo was made with olive oil and egg yolk. Then the hair was rinsed with vinegar water. We had beautiful healthy hair. Glad to hear that old fashioned way be promoted again through you. I appreciate your advices since they are natural. I am a naturopath ( Heilpraktikerin in German) and yet French. Nature is God s Creation. That s as simple. Be blessed, doc!

You are so correct, Doc! My mother started using ACV on my hair as a rinse when I was very young, and I continue to do so. My hair has no split ends, when I color it, I have no mishaps or problems with the color or how my hair responds. And... I do not have problems with losing hair!
  • I have long hair..it's almost to my knees. I have over the past year had hair fall, again, and it was thin, knots were very troublesome UNTIL I put some Castor oil in my shampoo, and did this ACV routine...it is just wonderful. I HAVE noticed my hair starting to feel thicker and little hairs are growing tall up and all over my head. Now soft, not brittle. V happy.

My mother conditioned my hair with Apple cider vinegar when I was a child. My hair was long and healthy. I’m going to start using it again.
  • I had a patch of dandruff that kept coming back and it was making my hair break off in that area... I used apple cider vinegar on my scalp and the dandruff went away and my hair grew back... So it does work!

  • Well.. so you geerers are trying to disrespect a man that is giving great info that might Save your life! But… maybe not for those who wish to ridicule instead of learn.. or one of his thoughts may bust you head wide open and put a stop to that negative party you’ve been engaged in for years! Learning the right kind of info is light to the soul! Blessings❤
  • I always follow him. He did not sell anything..he just advise us on what to use and how to use it. Great work Doc. Thank you very much

This is not new. I am 69 and my mom was an old school beautician. There were 3 girls and we all had very long hair. This works. Try it!

Hair rinses are a good alternative to conditioner. It always surprises me, since it feels so different. We are used to the way conditioner feels to our hands as it is massaged into hair, but a dilute vinegar rinse does the same job. If you want more slip, boil it with flax seeds and strain. I also use day old coffee as a rinse sometimes. I have long thick hair at 57. I also make my own shampoo with soap berries.

Dr. Mandel is absolutely correct! Two days this week I used the ACV solution. Both days my hair looked gorgeous. It was shiny and looked fuller. Today when I used the solution I combed my hair with a boar hair brush and then with a wet brush. I was stunned that the wet hair brush detangled my hair so easy. My hair was beautiful. It's an experience I haven't had in years.
