  • I never own a Xbox console in my life until recently earlier this month. I basically bought the console because of the store closing. Since I’ve got it, I have been playing it almost everyday, and bought so many games physically and digitally. Wished I could’ve have experienced it during it’s peak, as I had a Wii and a ps3 back then. The 360 is still an enjoyable experience to this day.
  • I'm 52 Years Old, and I Still Play Video Games!!!! I Have Been Playing Video Games Since 1982!!!! So Your Never Too Old To Play Video Games, Just Like A Person Is Never Too Old To Watch Television or Never Too Old To Listen To 1960's 1970's 1980's Rock Music!!!!
  • Its sad how companies just dont care about backwards compatibility. To me its one of the biggest selling point for modern consoles.
  • I have a Series X but I did pay for Dev Mode and have been enjoying the hell out of emulation including Xenia
  • Full backwards compatibility is an industry standard and any system that doesn't have it isn't getting my purchase. Period.
  • @domymbd
I can still download the games I bought, tho. No problem with “ownership” so far…
  • Let’s be honest and real. Xbox’s best days are behind them. It will never get any better than the 360 generation.
  • Time to get a petition to get it back on ASAP!
  • What’s going to happen to Alex’s Xbox Fund now?
  • There is already a large number of 360 games playable on the Series X. Much of the rest has a good PC version. I do agree that Microsoft needs to further increase the title count for backward compatibility, and it seems they plan to do just that.
  • Emulation and piracy are the biggest tools customers have to fight back against shareholder interests.
  • this is a problem knowing a lot of the 360 games are not backwards compatible means you have to make sure your 360 is in top condition and you are able to access your 360 account with all those games
  • 1v100 was a goated game that only lasted a year play with your friends and try to win actual Microsoft points
