As a South Dakotan, I can't express just how much a shitload of us don't like Noem, at all; haven't for a long time. She cheats on her husband while saying family values bs. She overturns what the voters vote for. (weed was voted for by the residents, she then overturned it saying "it's not what south dakota is about". Meanwhile, her husband (that she cheated on) started getting ready to sell insurance to weed farmers. (She stalled what the voters voted for till her family could directly financially benefit from it when she then decides to "allow" it). She shoots puppies. She mishandled Covid in a lot of different ways. A lot, a lot more reasons. She's just awful

So.... if I'm hauled up in front of the judge, I'll argue that I shouldn't be sent to jail because I'm going for a job interview in 6 months time and if I'm found guilty, I may not get that job. I'll also argue that laws don't apply to me.
