High honor- You apologize Low honor- They apologize
-
If you have low honor, when you give John your hat, you say, "It's of no use to me now." If you have high honor, you say, "It would mean a lot to me."
-
Notice how when high honor Arthur bumps into someone, he apologizes but they remain mad, but when low honor Arthur does they apologize to him. Nice touch
-
It’s crazy how Arthur is mostly just saying the same thing in both instances, but with different inflections, different intentions and different implications, it hits VERY differently.
-
Arthur’s best line after killing someone: “I’ll kill you again in hell my friend”
-
Guy: Just standing around chilling Arthur: You ain't scaring nobody
-
Has anyone noticed as well for high honor, Arthur's voice is lighter and more relaxed but for low honor, it has a deeper, more growling like tone to it? Absolutely amazing
-
High honor deadeye has a very human side to it, the heart beat, the wind Low honor deadeye sounds ominous, hollow, cold and totally detached from any humanity
-
The difference between "I'm only getting started" and "This is just the start of it" is so minuscule and yet so vast.
-
In low honor the sound of Dead Eye has some sort of disembodied voices, like it’s the souls of the people Arthur has “unhonorably” killed. What a chilling detail.
-
I like how the low honor Deadeye feels like rage while high feels like focus, it's a really cool bit of attention to detail they added Also I didn't ever notice the heartbeat, I just noticed a pulsing ting of red around the screen border
-
The deadeye differences are interesting. Apart from the heartbeat, in Low Honor you can hear a dry wind blowing, like in the desert. Also the otherworld whispers were another interesting touch.
-
"I'll kill you again in hell my friend" damn that has to be the most evil sentence I ever heard Arthur say
-
High Honor Arthur sounds just like the hero of a story, even while fighting he seems pretty collected and humorous Meanwhile Low Honor Arthur sounds more like a villain, or at least an anti-hero. He just seems angrier, like there's something weighing on him
-
From what I heard the heartbeat is still there in low honour, but it's going at a resting pace unlike high honour. That's what I'd like to call zero remorse.
-
I think it’s very telling that the low honor gambling suit looks a lot more like Dutch’s everyday outfit, while the high honor outfit favors Hosea’s wardrobe styld
-
"Hi, I'd like to buy a red waistcoat, mister." "OH, SO YOU BAD?"
-
Deadeye High honor: Sounds like you’re clearing your mind as you try to get a good shot Low honor: A crazed manic just looking for a kill
-
The fact they took the time to make all these little differences is what makes this one of the best games ever made.
