Legend has it that Cordless later switched the door with a wall and left Preston to die in that room. To this day the school echoes during the full moon: „There’s a settlement that needs your help!“ :D

Make a small supermarket, like the size of a normal house. Where you could have a bunch of more industrialized products for sale, with also a vegetable and fruit area.
