In today's video, we head to a unique Florida State Park located in Weeki Wachee, FL. It is called Weeki Wachee Springs State Park. At this park, you can see mermaids!!! The park is $13 to get in and that includes access to the waterpark, the mermaid show, the ranger experience, and the river cruise. We started off by getting some food and this park actually had some pretty good food as well as nice facilities. There were a lot of peacocks as well. The mermaid show was the main reason we went to Weeki Wachee Springs. We would recommend getting to the show at least 30 minutes early. The show was very interesting! All the kids seemed to really like it! The mermaids are very talented as they have to swim and stay underwater for a large portion of the show. After that, we just missed the river cruise so we will have to try that another time. We went on the tranquility trail, which is more of the real Florida trails that we are used to. At the front of the park was the meet a mermaid. We also checked out the gift shop which had some neat things in it. We didn't go over to the waterpark side since it was pretty busy. Overall, if you are looking for a unique Florida state park, or a state park with mermaids, head over to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park and see some real mermaids!
