  • This man has literally saved my life, I owe him a great big thank you. Zero carbs, zero sugars is the only way for me to be pain free, I lost 5 stones and kicked the wheelchair out of my life.

286 pounds, high blood pressure, diabetes. Now 217, blood pressure normal, no diabetes and feeling great! Update: 212 lbs. Just got blood work done. Numbers amazing.
  • Dr. Berg should be writing a curriculum that is taught in High School. Thank you for all the help you have given to me in my Health!

Dr Berg introduced me to keto. 4 years later I am now 400 lbs, down from 620 lbs. Now I'm KetoVore. Dr Bergs videos were lifechanging.
  • I weighed 415 and stopped weighing myself. I am sure I weighed more than that. I was unable to walk. I had tried all sorts of pills and diets. I turned to keto because my mom started it and lost a few pounds. I weigh 217 now. I've stopped drinking soda and all the ingredients for hidden sugar. I love how I feel now. And I am still going. I still have health problems. I can walk now and have gone on all sorts of adventures.

His story about eating 45 eggs a day was really 4 to 5 reminded me of a time when I got back from deployment and walked into the house and wondered what the burning smell was. It was my wife cooking her grandmothers recipe for spaghetti sauce. She cooked it for 68 hours. Was supposed to be 6 to 8 hours.

I'm a 69yo woman and I've been on Keto for a couple of years. Mainly for being healthy. I don't strictly follow this diet anymore but I still do not eat processed sugars. After being on this diet, I do not have any more migraines and haven't had a cold or flu either.

My wife and I started Keto last September. We said we would do it a month. It is now July and we don't regret it at all. I no longer on insulin going from 10.2 A1C to 5.4 A1C. I've lost 70 lbs 243 to 173. Blood pressure from 160s to 110. My wife gone from 160 to 119 lbs. I really feel healthy for the first time in 15 years.
  • I'm just going to say this: people don't realise that this HERO is saving lives everyday! Thank you Dr. Eric Berg!

I am a 64 year old woman who, after only five months is experiencing the benefits of fasting and following a low carbohydrate and 'practical keto' eating plan. The first and most important action I took is intermittent fasting-- 16+ hours in a 24 hour period (basically no breakfast). It helps control my hunger in a way I thought would never be possible. I thought that I would never succeed in fasting because of the constant hunger and low energy. I obviously had to my change my whole diet and take out the empty carbohydrates, especially the bread that I was so addicted to. No matter how healthy the bread is, it is still just a carbohydrate which is never going to satisfy your body's needs or hunger cravings; plus, it is going to spike the insulin levels creating all the health problems described above. I had that mid-belly, menopausal belly fat which is mainly gone in just a few months. It also helped to initially get a glucometer to test my blood sugar levels after fasting as well as after eating. I don't test myself too much now, because if I follow the plan of healthy diet, I stay on track. This is not a picnic but it is really working, and now I foresee myself not being 'overly hindered' by bad health in old age. I would just encourage women to start as young as possible. If I can make all these changes at my age, it makes me realize how much stress I would have saved my body by starting younger. I encourage anyone to think of preserving your health in your youth and preventing irreversible damage to your body in your old age.

I stumbled across keto. Watched a ton of videos. Read several books. Then I started slowly changing over to this way of eating. Eliminating bad carbs with good keto foods. 2 years later I'm down 40 lbs (my goal weight), and it's all because of keto. My carb cravings are gone. There are really good replacements for items you miss, bread, pasta, etc. For the people that are losing weight and your frlends ask what you are doing, just say "reducing my carbs". Don't say keto, as normally they will bash it. Find what works for you and stick with it. The health benefits alone is worth the journey. Thanks Dr. Berg, and Dr Jason Fung, you are life changers.

Never in my life did I ever imagine I could lose the weight. Here I am without cravings! I am never hungry and feeling like I've been let out of jail and never going back. Thank you
  • I am in UK and most people here are not even aware of keto or insulin resistance. I discovered it 10 months ago and lost 44 kilos. It works!
  • @Vlad7sokruta
From 235 to 175 within 6 months. So happy! Thank you Dr. Berg!

PCOS, Glucose Intolerant, Insulin Resistant, prediabetes, d2 blah blah blah....The health industry (experts in diabetes care) taught me years ago to eat small frequent meals, never skip meals, oatmeal, complex carbs, etc...no matter how hard I tried I could not lose weight, and gained with their advice. Going on keto years ago saved my life, but never lost more than 20 or so. Then stopped. I know a few mistakes I was making (eating too much protein). Now, I'm doing intermittent fasting too. For the first time in my life I can lose weight ...at 60 years old! Wish I knew when I was young. It would have saved me a lot of heartache and bullying!!! My parents advise was horrible too-not that they knew better. Don't eat fat, peel off the skin, eat fruit, use margarine, etc. A couple years ago I went off keto, and ended up with a 14 a1c (surprise surprise), and over 400 sugars after taking steroids for covid etc. Now that I'm back on keto and fasting too, my blood glucose is hovering around 100-115. It didn't take too long for it to go down drastically. You saved my life!!! THANK YOU! Thanks for telling the truth against the grain!!! Shame on them for banning!

A few MD’s and others have expressed contempt for Dr. Berg because he is a chiropractor and not a MD, but I listen to him for information on nutrition and metabolic health. He views are aligned with respected health professionals like Dr. Jason Fung, Dr. Ken Berry and Dr. Eric Westman. Dr. Berg is also easy to watch and listen to. Those who trash him are prejudiced and/or jealous of his success.

Im 57 years old. I did keto for 3 weeks a couple of years ago. I was getting achy hips, feeling a bit stiff etc. I heard keto was the anti inflammation diet. 3rd day into keto, those achy hips stopped aching. One side effect I didn't want was losing weight, I was already slim. I eat a lot less carbs now, will have the odd blow out, usually Xmas and the odd treat now and again. Hardly eat bread these days and biscuits rarely pass my lips. It's a good diet. Give it a go if you want to stop aches in the joints and certainly helps with weight loss.
  • Thank you!!! I just completed a 3 day water fast (no meds) and had a fbs reading of 88 before breaking the fast with bone broth The following day to my delight I had a fbs reading of 88 again! I am absolutely blown away and grateful🙏 My fbs is usually 145-158 with medication God bless you Dr Berg🙏😊
