In this video I trained like Steph Curry for 7 days to improve my shooting. I used the Stephen Curry Masterclass to see how much I could improve my 3 point accuracy. The only experience I have with basketball is in high school gym class. So seeing a big increase in my shooting accuracy is shocking! I guess to be the best, you gotta train like the best NBA player in the world. Curry!

As a basketball player myself, I can say you definitely improved. I do have a tip though if you’re going to continue playing. When you’re shooting, try not to push the ball as much. Make sure your arm is straight up and not forward. If it’s forward it means your pushing the ball and it won’t be as accurate. It does require more legs in your shot though.
I’d suggest staying away from the 3pt line for awhile, and just work shots around the basket. Your layup looked really good by the way!! I hope you see this…
  • The quality of your videos are rising and so is your popularity, don't forget us when you're at the top brother
  • He’s paying 20$ a month while we get to see this free😂
  • Bro, Hafu’s been grinding side quests, successfully too, great stuff man, love your content
  • so hafu a little tip for accuracy and release is move your knees slightly to the side so that you can release the tension around the shoulders
  • just as a general tip 😅 you don’t need to jump on a free throw. For shooting, you should be focusing more on having the ball in your shooting pocket (with your arm bent around 90 degrees and the ball somewhere around your hips), raising it up in front of your face, and then extending your elbow and then flicking the wrist. By the time your legs and body are straight up on a jump shot, the ball should be in front of your face (not on top of your head) from there you just extend your elbow focusing aiming in the middle of the basket
  • Just a little pointer for your layup. To layup with your right hand, take off with your left foot That would make your right foot lifted as you do your right hand layup. Layup with your left, take off with your right foot.

You have definitely improved, but you need to stop turning when you shoot and you need to make use of that other hand to support the ball when you shot. That would just make your shot straighter and your percentage would just go up.
  • This video is underrated. I love this video! It gives me motivation to play basketball. Thanks Hafu and have a great day :)
  • as every baller ever says i think to improve ur shot is not just to keep shooting threes or freethrows but rather go directly infront of the basket and practise the perfect shot after alot of practise make it further and further from the basket to shoot accurately
  • Timestamps that include master class (I didn't include all the days lol I may update it later but I am not sure)
    DAY ONE
Shooting Around the 3-point line (Shoot 5 times in each point) - 0:27
Bounce and catching tenis ball - 1:19
Bounce and chatching + Between (also with tenis ball) - 1:35
    DAY FIVE
    Read our defender
Right foot is the lean foot (idk if it is for everyone)

    Tips from Steph Curry:
1: Turn your toes to the rim
2: Put ball in pads of fingertips when shooting
3: Aim for the hooks at the front of the hoop
4: Finish shooting with your elbow above your eye
    5: Full release/gooseneck

    Big tips from Steph:
1: Make 5 makes in front of rim and take a big step back repeat process (added part for me, once you get to 3 point line then you go to a different angle (Do 100 makes and around 5 angles)
  • I guess this means you became a sniper from the three point range
    that’s some mad improvement
    Great quality work
  • What can’t Hafu do he is a military master , a god like Thor and now an NBA player. He truly goes beyond.
  • @skyless7304
Great video thank you for sharing!! Awesome value
  • Hi hafu. I really love ur vids and I know something that can help. When I saw your day seven shooting. I noticed that when ever you shoot your left hand aka guarding hand gets left behind and your shooting hand go’s early than your left. So when you shoot. The left hand should guide the shooting hand so that the ball will go straight and you will have a better chance of making it. Hope this helps ❤
  • At this point, you're a pro athlete, Hafu 💪🏽 Sebastian came prepared for free ice cream 😂😂😭"in the hoop bro!" 🤣😭☠️ Sheldon's defense strategy worked looool Steph Curry would be proud of you and the progress you made in a week🙌🏽
  • When you shoot combine your shooting release from to your jumping. Basically jump + shot = jumpshot, combine them time the moment you pump your hip to jump to the moment you perform a shooting form. Combine both of them and you'll get thr hang of it
  • Good improvement but I recommend that when you are about to shoot, don’t pause cause the shot needs to be fluid. Also when your releasing the ball the ball is to low below your head, try being the ball to your right eye 90degrees and release towards the up
