apparently david tennant saying 'Are you my mummy?' with the gas mask on wasn't in the script, he was just havin a laugh and they kept it in the episode.

got to hand it to the guy who plays luke. does a decent job of being an unlikable rich nerd. Also he plays grumio in 'Plebs' where he's the polar opposite kind of character. The sontaran's unseen backstory of them being at an endless war with the rutans is mentioned way back in there very first apperance in classic who in 1973. Only seen a rutan once in classic who, not yet in modern.
