  • Centro was a GREAT guest! Very much enjoyed this discussion- strong work guys👍
  • Ultimately Jakob is the favorite because he’s the only one on the starting line who can say, “I’m going from the gun guys and good luck following me.”
  • They didn't think Hocker could run 3.27 but one poster on the letrun message board did.

Thanks for the nice chat! Gulag 😀aka repechage makes sense if your only goal is to make the semifinals. Finnish 800m runner (Määttänen) was complaining that two hard runs (1st round + repechage) was too much. So she could have taken it easier on the 1st run and go 100% on the repechage.
  • Josh being "banged up" could just be from his fall in the British champs 800m a few weeks ago?
  • My comment is on the thumbnail and guess what? It came true 🎉
  • Everybody talks about Jacob, Josh..I understand that, howeverI am going for my boy Hobbs..That 1.43 800 meters speaks volumes..He is running smart and uses his speed when it counts..Hobbs going to medal, maybe not win,but he will medal and think he will run in the 1.42 for the 800..
  • @bluerfoot
Feel so bad for Jakob, he could have gotten a medal (not gold) he simply went too hard and it was too much for him. Props to Cole.

I think Ingebrigtsen will leave Kerr behind the last 250. Kerr will have burned so much that he will strugle to get a medal. After the race I think we will see in the interviews that the two of them have a hugh respect for the other. They have really put on a show and put the 1500 on the world map. I love it

Excellent breakdown by Matt...especially in regards to Hobbs. 2 more years and Hobbs will be dominate.

What's the matter with the guy in the middle ? Does he have a bad back ?
  • It’s funny seeing the entire LRC brain trust on the left all sharing one mic.
