I enjoy you guys. Thank you. Kenneth Rooks, his bid for the gold so exciting.
-
Always great Track Coverage!
-
Thanks guys
-
I am African and even then I was cheering for Rooks, an absolutely great race, it's what the Olympics is about
-
Amazing watching that Kenneth Rooks race. I'll remember that one forever.
-
Also consider that he took two years off from running to serve a mission, part of it in Uganda and part in the US due to covid.
-
Rooks takes down east africa in steeplechase. How incredible.
-
Great set !

The XC system in Scotland is excellent and college coaches should take a close look at that. It’s good across GB but it’s very concentrated in Scotland.
-
How many ways?
-
Altitude training was around in the 70’s…. lol. Not a new stimulus. Viren would go to Colombia and train at 9k before the Olympics.
-
Remember when he fell on his way to the national title last year? This guy just doesn’t believe in failure
-
No John It's the coaching, Hocker even said he up his training in the hills and lactate testing etc. Thats coaching most don't get in other countries.
-
I do not agree with your statement on the effect of shoes. It definitely takes away from the training that these athletes do.

thanks
