Another great podcast. Got to point out he looks like the bad cop T-1000 from terminator but twice the size.

Carnivore cured all my health issues! Healed up, people! Get on the proper human diet!
  • I love the name of your channel! Great interview. I’m already a fan of dr Chaffee.💪
  • I’m noticing that carnivores also die, but after a much healthier life - a health span that lasts longer than others.
  • In the long run, microdosing poison is not a good thing. This is why it takes years to become unhealthy via diet.

Dr. C obviously is blessed with great genetics, and the carnivore diet has helped those genes express themselves nicely.

Carnivore for 10 months so far... im never going back lets just say that😂😂😂😂
  • If you feel light-headed after quickly standing up you might be deficient in electrolytes as well. Try to get more salt, potassium and magnesium. Especially before and after workout.
  • @Val.Kyrie.
I’m 100lbs overweight. Lost 4lbs in first 4days of 95%+ carnivore. Obviously it’s not going to continue at that rate 😂 but! That’s a decent start IMO.

I have a question regarding fat intake as an ancestral diet would require. Thinking wild animals are leaner than what we have access to now because of the process to fatten the cattle and what not why would we need so much fat or even more added fat? I know with Inuit and Eskimos, they survive mostly on whale and seal blubber but are also inhabiting ridiculously cold climates. Been curious about this looking forward to hearing some answers.

The elephant in the room: You're in Australia during the events of the last three years, and that is not the major topic of conversation - !!!!
