Lyrics
Panis angelicus
Fit panis hominum;
dat panis coelicus
Figuris terminum
O res mirabilis!
manducat Dominium
Pauper, pauper,
Servus et humilis,
Pauper, pauper
Servus et humilis.

  • It’s always wonderful to see performers who are having a good time enjoying their work and performing with a touch humour.
  • @hopper131
The poise and confidence she's always had blows me away.
  • Charlotte is such a lovely lass with the voice of an angel,Wales must be so proud
  • It lifts us up.This lifts us high above the mediocre and the lukewarm, where many choose to dwell.

She sure was wonderful as a young singer...as were all those fine musicians behind her. I must've listened to this 50 times and I'm in no way tired of it.
  • @FKINoop
I’m absolutely amazed at how beautifully she sang this song. It’s so unusual to see such a tremendous talent in one so young.

I know her life would have been beyond hectic at such a young age. But this woman needs to come back . What a voice , what a person.

Charlotte will always be Charlotte regardless of the genre she is singing. 🤘
  • Miss Charlotte , I am an old retired pipefitter who “found” you on Touched by an Angel . Listening to you sing Panis Angelicus brought tears to my eyes ! Thank you for sharing your wonderful talent with us . God bless and protect you . Best wishes to you.

This was from her concert “Voice of an Angel” in 1999 and it’s still beautiful over 20 years later.
  • What is Charlotte Church doing now a days, she was the voice of an Angel back then, why don’t we hear more of her lovely voice?
  • @livinglight1924

"The Bread of Angels" words written by St Thomas Aquinas for the Feast of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ - beautifully sung...

It's like there are two different girls, first is a cheeky little imp with figures of her granddad and father, then comes this beautiful angelic voice. Absolutely fantastic.
