They gave her the ultimatum of either making the video that’s clearly forced & insincere or she loses her position. Phony public apologies are how so many people in power gets away with their wrong doing

She should be charged for evading arrest and should had been tested for DUI at the time. An in depth investigation should be carried out on her relationship with the police chief she called.
