This is why you shouldn't dodge jury duty. If the homeowner is charged, all it takes is one holdout to not convict.

Awesome. Bless her heart. Sorry for her trauma. I just had someone vandalizing my building, cops showed up and let him walk away. I'm in L.A. County of course. Law enforcement does nothing.

Good for her. He was pushing on her door, it doesn’t matter the reason. Once she asked him (repeatedly) to leave , warning him she had a gun, he knew the situation but chose to risk getting shot.
