Bro I was doing tuck planche on basis of 1 month tuck planche mastering video and it is my day two I literally fucked up trying to stretch my right leg on frog stand and idk what's wrong but my right arm on the middle of shoulder and bicep line it's paining when I'm trying to do any exercise 🥲
