Coriander Powder 1tsp
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Chili Flakes 1/2tsp
Raw Papaya Paste 1tbs or Papaya Powder 1tsp
Smoke Infused Oil 1/2cup
Onion 1medium
Water 1/2cup
Gram Flour/ Besan 2tbs

Bhunay huway Chanay are used in Hyderabadi food, you will feel the difference when you cook it with Chana powder... This dish is called dam ka gosht in Hyderabad 😊 and I tell you ine thing more Hyderabadi call it gosh rather thsn gosht 🤣😂
