Fun facts: Both of the mangas creators are close friends, and would usually take elements from their respected series, Both anime adaptations are animated by the same studio, and both are basically simped over, (Fanboying hard) to a point where they would call Makima Mommy and Gojo Daddy.

A quote I feel perfectly describes Makima: "...you have no conscience, and that’s your weakness... No conscience. Limits your imagination. You can’t conceive of anybody being any different than what you are. And you’re greedy." (Paraphrased it a bit as not all of it relates but it gets the point across)

Not going to lie. The intro of the Darkness Devil in Chainsaw Man is one of the most chilling pieces of art I've ever seen. And what happens to the group after that is absolutely haunting.

As someone who is a fan of both animes, this battle was the most insane fight to witness and show the people who are blind to the animes are going to witness some amazing things about some characters’ skills and abilities out there. So can’t believe you two are tied and I hope next one might bring some interesting experiences as I seen it and it was the most surprising twist that never been seen before in any DB history that I know of. 😄

Totally recommend both these animes, they are both really well done. JJK does have more content for a casual audience, since it has 2 seasons of anime and a movie. Chainsaw Man does have only 1 season but the animation is really breath taking

Chainsaw Man is an amazing anime. Probably Mappa’s finest work. It’s actually a beautiful, philosophically humanist story.

A heads up, Scoody vs Courage has a spoiler for Chuck Norris vs Segata Sanshiro, they say how it ended that fight, so you gotta check that before as well Jujutsu Kaisen and Chainsaw Man are both considered good modern animes, Gojo is loved by many as a character, Makima altho is hated mostly, unless its people down bad for her who wanna be her dog

Don't know who needs to hear this, but it's important to remember that these series start out as black and white comics penned by one person. The full story isn't in the anime, it's in the manga comics that they came from. They only get animated if they're popular enough to make a profit after hiring an animation staff.

Probably the craziest battle between 2 crazier sounding people. In terms of how ridiculous their powers are at least. I'm sure this one caused a big ruckus as most Anime Death Battles go.
